KHS Senior

Well, here is a sneak peek for Sam. It was hard to get these done, waiting for fair weather on POW is tricky. However, we decided to test it out today. We got off the beaten path for some scenic shots. It was brisk and refreshing at the same time. She really admires the beauty that her home town has. Especially, down by the river where she has many childhood memories. Good luck in the future. I will contiue to add to this post. We will add a new location next time.

Examples

Here are a few things that I have been working on. First our Holiday card, Business cards, & gift tags. They are much better in person, my holiday card is printed on linen texture paper, it is awesome. I have also made car door magnets and window decals. However I have been struggling with the idea of putting them on my truck, which travels out Port Saint Nicholas Rd. everyday, twice a day. (Those of you who don't know the road, it's not Paved and my truck gets quite filthy)!

An assortment of cards available

I have partnered up with a online printing service, possibilities are endless. I can design special occasion cards, holiday, baby announcements, baby shower invites, birthday invitations, calendars, Save the date cards(Graduation invites,) hats, t-shirts, mugs, business cards, window decals, car door magnets, you name it. I can design and print cards on my own as well, but I really love the quality of this site. I ordered these Thanksgiving cards and I am very pleased with the results.

Couple favorites

I was a little shocked that I didn't have these posted yet! I learn valuable lessons photographing my own children. The picture of all three of them wasn't my favorite at first site, you see sometimes I get hung up on having them all looking at the camera with perfect smiles. Looking at a it again, I realize that I captured something more beautiful then perfect smiles, I captured their personalities. And I will cherish that picture for a long time.

Jessica's Part two

Well here are a few shots from Jessica's senior session. I am thankful that the weather was actually nice last weekend. I have had this highway scene in my mind for awhile, so I was eager to photograph it. When cars would drive by, we would stop shooting and act like we were looking at scenery. But, towards the end it was too chilly for that, and I made her pose a few with cars coming. :0) No harm, no foul.

Photo editing

I am sure I'll just keep adding photos to the Hansen fall shoot. I liked how this one turned out. Keep in mind, I did try to get that puppies attention! She just wasn't into it! Click on the photo, you'll see her beautiful eyes better.

New backdrops

Just purchased these two backdrops. I thought they would be great for baby announcements. I could also see using the bottom one in a maternity session. I have white, black, & pink organza backdrops too. I also have a seashell prop that would be great for a newborn session. And I have a tin basin that has been used for a child's bathing scene, quite adorable. I'll try to post some examples of these soon.

Sneak Peek

Just a sneak peek of this special little girls first birthday! She is completely adorable, and yes I am biased. Her mother is in love with these kind of finishes, so before I go cross eyed from editing, I decided to post this picture. I will post the rest of her birthday soon.

Hay Shoot

I just bought these new props the other day. I just love bails of hay for fall shots. The weather was decent so we took advantage. My kids are great sports.

Mother's day shoot

One Mother's day afternoon, I told my kids that all I wanted was some photos of me and my girls. They agreed. It was a lot of fun, they were also my first attempts with my remote.
